Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship internationally to most countries; however, there are some exceptions at this time based on several factors. If you are unsure if I ship to a specific country, please reach out to me here.
What if my order arrives broken?
In the event that your item(s) arrive broken, please reach out to me within 24 hours of delivery via email at nadiarosalesart@gmail.com. When you email, please provide photos of the damage and we can discuss replacement or refund options.
What if my package gets lost?
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the appropriate courier if your package is lost or stolen.
When will my pre-order arrive?
Pre-order shipping dates are available in the descriptions of each individual listing. Please read them carefully. Changes in these timelines are not likely, but if there is a change it will be announced on instagram and via email newsletter. Typically, pre-orders ship approximately 12 weeks after the order is placed, unless indicated otherwise in the individual listing. If you have a question about your specific order, please contact me here.
Can I put my piece in the microwave and/or dishwasher?
Yes! Most of my pieces are both dishwasher and microwave safe, unless indicated otherwise in the individual listing. Exceptions to this include pieces with gold luster. I will ALWAYS recommend hand-washing for longevity of the piece, but dishwashing works if you're in a hurry.
How often do you restock?
I update my website with fresh inventory about once a month (sometimes more, sometimes less)!
Do you take commissions or wholesale orders?
Occasionally! If you're interested in placing a custom or wholesale order, I recommend signing up for my newsletter here. I only announce commission and wholesale openings via newsletter.
